I did realise this and do post via Google Groups when abroad and when
posting problems make communication impossible
It just seems wrong that I have to do this when posting in Britain by what
was Britain's state communications monopoly - Btinterenet.
I have come to the conclusion that the quite extraordinary bunch of people
usually posting in uk.business.agriculture are deliberately prolonging
threads beyond their natural limits in order to challenge orthodoxy. There
is frequent bragging along these lines.
They seem to regard this as clever.
But then again, most of them seem determined to bring total disaster on
their heads.
