It was -- no longer :~((
They set up the scheme but then failed to get any follow up funding despite
knowning that over 60% of establishments were not financially viable after
their ttwo year scheme
And that they had a stated aim that they wanted 95% of Scotland with access
to a public internet access point by 2005 - they failed.
It does not earn anything but its a service to locals and visitors and as
yet we do not need that space for anything else.
