Cattle prices

Major fall in cattle prices here, down to .87 imaginary punts per lb.[1]
There are worries that the big syndicates (Anglo-Irish, Dawn, etc),
are going to engineer a wider area collapse, Dawn are about 10p sterling
difference between their British and Irish prices. Sheep falling too,
down to about .90p sterling, but in this case the factorys are just
shutting down, France reported full of very cheap Uk lamb. Heavy
penalties for +30 months on cattle. Heifers over 30 months almost
unsalable.
[1] about 70p sterling.
