Not sure how much mail/news you store, but you might try cleaning house, so
to speak. OE doesn't like to be full. As far as re-installing, you should
definitely be able to find it on the XP disk, or if you happen to have MS
Office, it may be on that disc as well. As Huw said, look for IE6 and
re-install it. However, if your OE is "full", re-installing on top of the
current installation won't help. Good luck :-)
