haven't, then each employee should take their P60's to the tax office.
This should get the tax checked and make sure that they have ben
credited with the NI on their account.
this out, but something of the OP post suggested that this was a bit
more than that. However, the OP did not provide further info, they can
always post again if they dont get anywhere.-
On a similar topic, my wife had two friends who were Polish and worked
in this country before the recent invasion. They wanted to claim tax
back but when they showed me their payslips there were deductions but
they weren't described as tax and NI. I sent the payslips to HMRC but
they lost them and although I had made a note of the details on the
payslips I didn't copy the payslips. I think the employer was
conducting a fiddle but HMRC don't seem too bothered. How's the best
way to get this sorted out? I have used the phone lines where you
report these kinds of crime in the past but they don't tell you what
they find out.
Its a shame you didn't keep copies, I might have liked to have taken a look myself, I am always interested in seeing what sort of things are out there.
Not much I can do at present, I had a new hip three weeks ago and still have another 4 weeks before I get a sniff of going back.
