Another in my long line of posts.
Going through my final accounts again I come against the Creditors
section of the 'Notes to Financial Statements'.
Under there it lists Creditors as £0 with previous years having
various figures under:
V.A.T.
Taxation
Accrued expenses
I'm assuming the amounts in there are those amounts oustanding by the
end of the year:
VAT - is paid quarterly and the accounts are due in the middle of that
quarter so the amount shown here is the amount that's due for VAT but
not paid yet as it's not the end of the quarter?
What do you mean "the accounts are due"?
Taxation - same as above for PAYE / NI
Where is corporation tax?
Accrued Expenses - Expenses due to employees but not paid to them yet?
Why would the employees not be paid? What about accountancy and other
expenses?
Again, any help very much appreciated.
