Best accounts package for a sub contracting Construction business ?

Hi all,

A colleague and I are starting a small specialist construction business
which will involve almost all of the construction work being done by
subcontractors. We will have a max of about 10 employees ourselves
(project manager, Contract manager, QS, Admin staff)

Can someone recommend the best accounts software to suit this kind of
business ?

It is too many years since I actually used a package so I also wondered
if any of the producers of these packages offer a demo version for
learning/assessing ?
