Can anyone tell me which flat rate of VAT would apply to a business as a
car breaker (buying damaged vehicles, dismantling them and selling on the
parts on ebay and from a yard)? Would it come under "retailing that is not
listed elsewhere"


Scrap, dealing in which is part of the trade sector Dealing in waste or
scrap. The flat rate for this sector is 9.5%.
