I am more of a techie and it fell to me to take a look at a Sage
problem. Basically I have done a standard data backup from Line 50
Version 7.0. This was to be imported into the latest version 12.0 I
believe. The user is getting an error "Can't find csv file" when they
attempt to import/restore from that the backup. I would appreciate
some guidance or thoughts on this.
My own thoughts is that I may not have done the backup correctly.

Many thanks

What do you mean "import/restore"? They are two different functions.
