Re: Employee and intern expenses in a company limited by garantee (Not for profit)

In broad lines, I think I need to let you know I have had an
experience as an external auditor in a big four and I have seen quite
a few different industries and accounts...

Anyway, in this basic accounting task, every expenses are being
identified within an accounting account and a "department" code for
the managment so that "later" or at any time if you prefer, with a few
clicks it should be easy to provide a management view of the accounts
or a taxation view (provided a few minor change as I know taxation can
have tricky issues).

To conclude, I understand your reaction and I will not consider issues
on transport, lunch and entertainment (... for the latter) issues to
be similar with what is my knowledge of French accounting thus I will
have to search accounting references in books... but I don't think at
that point I will handle this position all by myself as my motivation
to read accounting books is not that high.

---a company that starts and grows with little money has greater
chances of success than a company with plenty of money (at least in
many industries)
