Because the company did. The shareholders own the shares, the company
owns the assets and cash.

Why do they adopt this stance? Because any fiscal liability would be
virtually impossible to impose if the reality was acknowledged.
but its also Special Commisioners, High Court, Curt of Apeal and Even EU
Court of Human Rights. Just not Keith apparantly.
