You are not talking sense (like the bank reconciliation issue you have
avoided). Why should someone be owed money? I have money in my wallet
now. Nobody is owed it.

So, if a 'company' has money (profit) in its wallet it is not owed to anyone?

Back to basics, Peter. A company cannot 'own' money - it is merely a vehicle for adding value to the shareholders capital.
