I've seen a shareholders agreement that says dividends should be paid
out in a different percentage to the shareholdings.
Is this possible? If so, would you have different dividend per share
rates per dividend voucher?
I wouldn't have thought so because the dividends are declared and paids by
the directors, who are not party to the shareholders agreement. At least not
in their capacity as directors.
