I didn't criticise you, I didn't criticise your link. I merely ponted

...are inappropriate. The vast majority of most of the other Headings
are innapropriate to a DIY couple hoping to do up an old house and let
it.

I don't agree, Troy. More than 50% of the 'headings' have some bearing on
the proposed activity.

Even for a 'DIY couple hoping to do up a house and rent it' matters such a grants, health & safety and tax (to name but three) are legitimate matters for review. Sales & marketing is appropriate for a letting agency, isn't it?

Your comment 'almost 100% inappropriate' is 100% inaccurate.
