Do you worry about Tax Issues?

We are at the point of setting up a private members subscription
website which will cover small business accounts and tax issues. A
helpful guide written in plain English but covering all the relevant
areas small businesses need.

Practical advise on all issues to help you save money

E.g. Getting started, Structure of your business, VAT, Year end
financial planning, Company issues

Each member will have access to a huge bank of information covering
areas such as setting up a business and how to inform the relevant
authorities, advice on how to structure your business, forming a
limited company, book-keeping, employing staff and most importantly
tips on HOW TO SAVE TAX, improve the profitability of your business,
save on accountants fees and information on current practice with
regard to running a business.

Aside from explaining the current legislation from a tax point of view,
the website will also explain the impact of these actions in other
areas. For example, instead of just explaining how to pay an employee
through the PAYE scheme, there would also be information about
employment regulations and what you need to do as an employer.

We are proffesionals in our field of small business accountancy and
will also offer email support and possibly a helpline.

We will give tips on saving tax and ultimatly saving the small business
owner as much money as possible.

There will be a regular newsletter informing you of what's happening
in the world that's relevant to you

We are aware that this is an important area to small businesses and we
have been advised by a professional within this area that there are
limited resources at hand.

We need to establish that this will be wanted and used within the
