As a professional accountant getting paid for giving expensively earned
advice, I think it is unlike;ly that you will get reliable advice from
anyone who does not have to be accountable.

From your message it sounds as if you have little business experience and
prefer to save money by gaining bits and pieces of probably unreliable
asdvice from 'the bloke in the pub'. I suggest that you browse a few
accountant' websites to get a feel of the size of firm (with the skills
you need) that might not charhe an arm and a leg for a consultation.
