AUDIT CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Role Description:

- Leading and managing the audit team
- Day to day client contact
- Effective management of audit process with appropriate consideration
of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
- Ensuring completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales
- Budgeting time allocation to assignments and explaining variances
from budget
- Drafting final documents for review by manager and partner
- Participation in due diligence or other transaction support
engagements
- Drafting accounts in accordance with UK GAAP/IAS
- Development and coaching of junior members of staff

Experience/Qualifications Required:

- ACAs with up to two years post qualification experience (preferably
first time passes)
- Strong academic background
- Up to date knowledge of current accounting standards
- Basic understanding of tax issues
- Analytical and Project Management capabilities
- Up to date on current economic and market trends
- Able to develop strong client relationships
