Recruitment

Hi

I own a small ACCA practice on the Isle of Wight, 20 staff. Normally we
recruit locally, however I want to cast the net wider on a couple of
vacancies and go national.

Any thoughts on

(a)the most cost effective way to do this?

(b) the most effective recruitment www sites for accountancy and tax?

(c) the best printed media for recruitment (I'm guessing Taxation or
Accountancy Age - but do people actually use the recruitment sections?)

I would like to avoid agencies if possible.
