The computers are down for *maintenance* i.e. fixing all the bugs that make
it not work.
The internal SA systems and the external online systems are being aligned
over this weekend and are due to be up and running on Tuesday next.
Why they need to do it at this time of year, God alone knows. Inevitably,
the improvements to the PAYE system will be timed for April.
