Merry Christmas Experts,
If someone is a one man band owner/director of a limited company then
is it posible to have an 'office party' for just you and your partner
at home?
I understand that, in theory, the allowance is £150 per person
(including any guests) with the VAT only being reclaimable on the
employee costs.
Question is that would a trip to cash and carry for a load of victuals
and booze for a home event be allowed within these allowance limits?
Thanks in advance.
Go on then, I know you will all shout at me and point out that I am just a
stingy old taxman, bah humbug.
NOT A CHANCE.
.
