Charity Xmas Cards

I'm a member of my village community centre management committee and we are
a registered charity.

We have recently printed 2000 christmas cards for our village and are
selling them in packs of 10's for £3.50.

The annual turnover of our charity is less than £10K per year.

Will we have to pay 17.5% of the money raised to the Govt as VAT?
