I think I've worded these revised terms correctly for the following
reason - the process of finding out if an item is lost involves
contact with the carrier (Royal Mail or courier). If the customer
initiates contact with the carrier then they waste their time as we
(as the sender) have a contract with the carrier. The wording was
intended to direct the customer to us rather then the carrier to sort
out the problem. You are indeed correct in saying that all risk lies
with the sender at all times. Of course replace or refund applies to
all problems.

Thanks for pointing that out, the start price has now been lowered. We
would expect another wholesaler to buy these handsets rather then
someone just buying one or two from a retail outlet. o2 do limit the
number of phones per customer in their shops.

Good observation! Have updated it again.

parcelfusion.com £7.95 is the cheapest I know of for less then 25kg.
Over 25kg to 40kg about £11.50 via pharos-international.co.uk

ps. many thanks for your Uselessinfo website I've repaired about
10 X 6210's through the instructions.

Many thanks,
