It's a faulty Xbox 360 Premium which crashes on startup. It's banned from Xbox Live, and he is starting bidding at 99p (£80 BIN) with £15 postage. Seller offers no refunds.

So am I right in believing that replacing the DVD drive would make it work?? cause I read something along the lines that its the actual DVD drive that just gets its firmware flashed.
