Why can't you return it under the Distance Selling Regulations?

Because it was an upgrade that I agreed to. We bought one 11 months
ago, it went back under warranty and then again last month under
warranty for the same fault. They said that they would replace it as
it was uneconomical to repair a second time. One of the guys e-mailed
me the spec and I agreed to it so I think I dont have a leg to stand
on!!
