No, Sue, it is I who is the small-brained bear. I didn't think of
suggesting this to Mr Moss (but am implicitly so doing now). I think
he's keen not to sell me a non-working board. I, however, don't mind
getting a non-working board as long as I get a full refund of costs.
Not that it matters - no problem "testing" the odd processor - or a mobo..
Having said all this, I'm not 100% certain that my Athlon hasn't been
cooked, so your testing on a known working board would be most
helpful, Sue.
Er, does all this make sense? LOL.
