OT: system requirements for Star Trek: Legacy

I am thinking of getting Star Trek Legacy for the PC..

The System requirements are:
- Windows XP (Home, Media Center, or Professional)
- DirectX version 9.0c
- Intel Pentium 4 (2.66GHz or higher, or AMD Athlon XP 2800+ or higher
- DirectX 9 compatible AGP 8X or PCI Express Video card, 128 MB VRAM, Pixel
Shader 1.4
- 512 MB RAM

I have the following:
Processor: AMD Sempron Processor 2800+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.6GHz '
Memory: 1024MB RAM
Page File: 264MB used, 2196MB available
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 6600, 256 MB
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
O/S: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2
(2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)

Is this OK for Star Trek: Legacy?
