Cyberprog / Alex Threlfall - Retraction

10 days ago, in this group, I described Alex Threlfall and his company
Cyberprog as incompetent.

While the service I received was lacking, I am satisfied after speaking to
Alex that this was due mainly to a mix of bad luck and failings by third
parties.

Alex has asked me to make this clear, hence this post.
