a few eyars ago i used to have this cool little free utility sitting

now can not find it anywhere. to make matters even worse i can not
remember what it was called either! a google search revealed some
shareware programmes but no freeware. does anyone have any
suggestions?
Did it actually sit on the task bar? If so it could well have been the
predecessor to Samurize (www.samurize.com)
http://readerror.gmxhome.de/ ) sits in the system tray and shows the
upload and download rates when you hover the mouse. It can also display
a window with a graph, that stays on top of other windows but goes
translucent when the mouse passes over it so you can see/click through
it.
