I have lots of email addresses and I don't use them all every time I

The point is that I post using a REAL, WORKING email address; you don't.
That makes you either paranoid, or up to no good.

Pls explain why. I dont require email from anyone here so why should i
provide my email address.
In the same way my phone number is ex directory, its a personal choice. Why
would anyone consider this paranoid.
