Looks like an old VME bus backplane, and OS9 was, I believe, a Motorola
industrial control language for their 68XX chips.
It is probably an industrial computer board/interface. Look in the older RS
Components catalogues if you can find one, they would have had the makers
details.
Can't remember when RS started with CD's, we may have an old one or three
kicking around at the factory.
