Pismos only came with DVD-ROM drives. Some people have fitted Combo drives or Superdrives to them, but there aren't many of these around.

I might have a Pismo going spare in a couple of weeks - my other half is about to switch from her 500MHz Pismo to a G4 PowerBook. It's a bit scruffy, but it works fine.
