Our present civilization, good as it is in some respects, leaves
much to be desired. It has been the purpose of Nur El, the people of
Mars and myself to bring you some understanding of their ways of
life, hoping thus to bring about, not only among the nations of the
world, but future interplanetary relationships which are harmonious
and conducive to a better way of life.
We all salute you and wish you infinite love, wisdom
and peace.
Shortly after writing this article there appeared in the Saturday
Review, on May 28, 1955, an article written by Dr. Robert S.
Richardson, astronomer at Mount Palomar, which refers to the
findings of the International Committee on Mars, which closed its
fourth conference on March 25, 1955. There are several interesting
statements made, on which I will comment. Mr. Richardson states the
consensus of opinion is that there is life on Mars, or that it
could exist. This is at least some progress in the right direction.
Also he is quite correct about the deserts. Most of the surface of
the planet is semi-arid waste lands. It is however, incorrect to
say there is no oxygen there.
The presence of the green maria, which he called sponge-like
algae, proves the presence of oxygen, although in a comparatively
rare state. As everyone knows, oxygen is necessary in the breathing
cycle of any plant which contains chlorophyll (oxygen on Mars is
about 10% of the density of the earth's oxygen) as was stated in the
aforementioned article. This sponge-like algae is found growing along
the edges of the snow banks and often attains a height of forty to
fifty feet.
It dries up with the vanishing of the snow caps and regrows the
following spring.
What the doctor states regarding water on Mars is very true. It is
very scarce and the people of the underground cities take great pains
to conserve every gallon of it.
As to the temperatures, that is still a matter of conjecture. It is
a very tricky business to measure heat over thirty-five millions of
miles distance. Moreover, surface temperatures do not affect the
inhabitants of the underground cities, as they are completely
pressurized and conditioned with temperatures maintained at a
comfortable level.
The most surprising part of the entire article was that there was
absolutely no mention of the famous canals of Mars. I wonder what
happened to them? These canals were for many years a great
controversial subject. The photograph in this article does not show
them, but this is perhaps explained by the fact that this photo was
taken with infrared light film. It may be that the savants at Mt.
Palomar would like to explain this.
It is of questionable value that the writer interjected such a
material angle as real estate. It seems it would have been wise to
confine the remarks within the domain of science and leave this
problem up to some of our great promoters in that future day of
landing. It might also be that the Martians would resent our tearing
up their planet.
It is also probable that in that future day when man does have
space travel to mars, he will be able to take his wife or loved ones
along. Landing there will be somewhat like taking a plane to a far
off city on this planet. On arriving on Mars the space ship will be
taxied into a huge airlock. The passengers will disembark and find
hotels and accommodations in a similar fashion as on earth. (Assuming
of course that such factors as freedom from germ life, health,
adaptability to lower air pressures, etc., have been fully
compensated for.)
It is unfortunate indeed that the astronomers of today take such
a dim view of the possibility of life on other planets. They should
be in a position to know better than anyone else. Does it not seem
a bit preposterous to assume that in all the countless billions of
suns, star clusters, galaxies, etc. and their associated planetary
systems, that earth and Mars alone are inhabited?
Perhaps we should refer to Je--s of Nazareth when he stated that,
"In my Father's house are many mansions."
In that distant day when space travel is a reality, let us hope
that our men of science are universally schooled in the knowledge
of the Infinite G-d and that we will find in this wisdom an
integrated philosophy of life, one which will supply our need and an
answer to every problem.
In that future day, we will have put aside all our petty quibbling
over interpretations. We will find -od not only in the heart and
mind of man but in everything in this material Universe.
A WORD ABOUT THE AUTHOR</FONT
Just fifty years ago in a small town in northern Utah, Ernest L.
Norman made his debut into this planet Earth. It was apparent right
from the first that he was an unusual child. his mother nearly d-ed
in the process of his introduction, because of the abnormally large
head. It is said he had the body of an eight pound child, but weight
over twelve pounds!
Before he was hardly two, he was experimenting with writing and
long before he went to school for the first time, he was quite
familiar with the English language; so much so, he was reading his
father's library. His father, incidentally, was a very learned man,
of royal Norwegian descent and had degrees in law, psychology,
physiology and phrenology.
The author was the fifth of eight boys and girls, all strong lads
and lassies and it was quite natural for them to resent having a
brother who was so studious.
At the tender age of five he constructed his first microscope
using the eyepiece section from his father's telescope, and by
inserting it in a wooden frame made from a cigar box and a small
piece of mirror, he was able to count the hairs on earthworms.
At the age of six he performed an unusual and prodigious feat.
Using his knowledge of Archimedean laws of fulcrums, levers and
rollers, he moved an 8 x 12 foot coal shed containing one-half
a ton of coal over a distance of approximately 200 feet, through
an apple orchard and over soft ground to a new and more convenient
location. This feat took him about three weeks to accomplish and
was one which would have taxed the strength and endurance of a
strong man. This accomplishment was carefully noted day by day, by
his father who would boastingly report the progress made to the
townspeople.
It was also at this early period of life, that he constructed a
rabbit hutch which was vastly superior in design and workmanship
to one constructed by an adult neighbor more than six times his
age. This he did, using old rusted out, discarded tools.
Another time, at the age of seven, he bested his father in an
argument, i.e., that all energy was electronic. At present he is
completely vindicated inasmuch as science today is resolving into
this conclusion.
During his early teen-age years in junior and senior high school,
he established several new "high water" marks in biology, genetics,
science, etc., and won several noteworthy citations as well as
attracting some interest from his teachers.
It is estimated that at the age of fourteen, he had a vocabulary
of about sixty thousand words! It was easy to see then, that this
boy, who in winter time read almost continuously or dreamed the
summer away watching nature, had not wasted or played his time away
as most lads are wont to do.
At the age of seventeen, his family moved to California and
temporarily, at least, formal school was finished. But he persisted,
even taking night classes in various subjects. At the age of
twenty-three, and just before the depression, he married and
remained so for fourteen years.
During this time, he became very active in radio and electronics.
It was his wife who always said they had the best radios in the
neighborhood and they were always hand constructed.
After World War Two, he devoted himself to his lifetime dream,
me-aphysics, and became an ordained minister in an o-cult science
c-urch. From the very start, in this work, it became evident he
possessed an outstanding c-airvoyant development and, during the war
years, demonstrated this talent not only in ch-rches and lecture
halls, but in almost any place opportunity presented itself and
achieved no small measure of fame in this capacity.
However, it is his ambition at this time and has been for many
years, to fill in the gaps in our scientific and sp-ritual
philosophies of the world, and to set up a new and integrated
philosophy of life.
With this most outstanding ability of cl-irvoyance, coupled with
a tremendous grasp of scientific knowledge, he is very humble and
unpretentious, refusing to attach the stigma of self to whatever
comes through the c-annel of his mind and is ever aware of
attunement with the Superconscious.
On the forehead of the author is a large welt, in a perfect raised
circle. This becomes activated at time when he is inspired or
attuned, as though it is a necessary factor in making contact,
mentally, with the intelligences of other dimensions or on other
planets.
Another strange phenomenon is the nail holes in the palms of his
hands, which appeared physically during a p-ychic working out with
his previous life in Jerusalem and the crucifixion and are most
surely points of great interest in showing that he is indeed a most
unusual s-ul, mentally and spi-itually and has reached a very rare,
if ever duplicated, state of consciousness through his countless
thousands of lifetimes of endeavor in these fields.
Many very m-raculous h-alings have come through Dr. Norman. His
conscious mind is able to contact the Superconscious which can
tune into the p-st experiences and pa-t lives of the individuals to
actually locate and view the experience in a former life which is
responsible for the present illness; thus being able to eliminate or
neutralize the impinging vortex from the ps-chic body of the
individual by mental and spir-tual means. Many wonderful he-lings
and permanent c-res have thusly been achieved.
The Spir-tual Science of Unarius which is used is not one of
happenstance or guesswork but his ability to tap, in a scientific
way, the energies of the Infinite. Just so surely, those same
powers and energies are ever present to keep us well, vital and at
peace when we align ourselves into them.
I would like to take this opportunity to share a word of praise
and appreciation for the wonderful art work done by my artist
collaborator, a young man named Donald Burson.

A friend of mine in Salt Lake City, K.S., was visiting a Nordstrom store in
the mid 1990's, when she saw three "teenagers" walking by. The strange thing
was that two of them were almost 7 feet tall, identical looking, and their
faces were entirely void of blemishes! Their arms rached almost to their
knees, and the "boy" who accompanied them was gamboling around them in a
manner that reminded her of a gargoyle.
As they passed her and her grandson [who, like the two tall boys, was
blond
haired and had the popular short "bowl cut" type hair style, 6 ft. tall] she
faintly overheard one of them say, after looking towards her teenaged
grandson, "Is he one of us?" At which the other replied in the negative.

This woman was completely flabergasted, however being an abductee - as was
her grandson - she was well familiar with other reports of reptilian
abductors and "infiltrators".

Another man, J.B., claims to be a nocturnal astral vampire-killer, part of a
team of nocturnal astral/dream warriors, a type of astral special forces who
have declared war on the fifth density reptilian life-force vampires -- the
very same fifth density dracos who have reportedly taken over powerful world
leaders, having assimilated their 'hosts' into their own beings which
manifest in true reptilian form as some type of "wer-drac" manifestation
during their secret "blood-fests". J.B. later confirmed the claims of K.S.
when he stated that reptilian infiltrators [or chameleoids - both the 5th
density "snatchers" and the 3rd density "shifters"] favored a particular
shopping center in Salt Lake City. Some of these fifth density snatchers may
actually have gained their third density solidity by fully
assimilating/absorbing their "hosts" in similar fashion as the legendary
"wer" people, thus becoming third density "shifters". Actually, all three
types may exist, the repti-poltergeist parasites or "SNATCHERS"; actual
third density and most likely subterraneous reptiloid "SHIFTERS" - using
laser holograms, technotic projection, superficial bio-phasing, etc., to
accomplish the shifts; and the intermediary entities or
"SNATCHER/SHIFTERS"!?

Others suggest that not only in southern Utah near Page, Arizona but also
in
northern Utah near Dugway [Page and Dugway according to former Dulce base
security officer Thomas E. Castello being the two MAJOR underground
connections between the DULCE New Mexico base and the GROOM Lake Nevada
base], massive societal infiltration of reptilian entities in human guise
has occured. These reports are widespread, however these "chameleoids" have
been seen more profusely near Dulce New Mexico, Dugway Utah, and Area 51
Nevada. There are also rumors of draconian infiltration of the federal and
state government agencies, military facilities, mental health facilities,
religious organization, industrial complex, and even high levels of the
police forces in the state of Utah by especially the subterraneous
counterparts of the "reptilian" species who exist EN MASSE within the
underground levels beneath the state, since the connections between the
Dulce and Groom bases not only involve artificial tunnel passages, but also
an ancient and huge natural cavern network which the "aliens" have
reportedly "stolen" from native American sub-colonies in years past in
remarkably similar fashion as the early "Shaverian" accounts of subterranean
Tero/Dero conflicts... the final takeover of these cavern-colonies or tribes
coinciding with the outbreak of the Dulce and Groom Wars which raged from
between 1979 to 1985 and resulted in many of "our" joint operational
multi-trillion dollar underground facilities being taken over by the Dracos,
their "Grey" subordinates, and in some cases insectoid collaborators [more
of our tax dollars disappearing "down the tubes" to feed these vamperial
parasites]...

One individual who I encounter from time to time, L.A. of Colorado, told
me
that he had visited a native American PowWow some years ago, having been on
friendly terms with some of the native American chiefs, when he ran into a
"man" who he could tell by subtle differences to be a chameleon, or
reptilian humanoid in human guize who was apparently attempting to
infiltrate the native American gathering [others have suggested that many
native Americans have a specific meta-gene factor that could potentially
prove to be very threatening to the reptilian agenda, which is why the
"lizard people" closely monitor native Americans and attempt to keep them
under their hypnotic "spell"].

L.A. confronted the alien, which backed down and admitted that it was
indeed
not of this world and was only carrying out the orders of his collective. At
this L.A. told the reptilian that it did not have to follow the collective
and that he/it had the power of free choice. However the alien claimed that
it did not have free choice capability, to which L.A. insisted that he/it
had CHOSEN the words to use to respond to his questions.

At this the alien went into some kind of temporary spasm or convulsion and
began to spout off a stream of strang technical words and phrases just like
a computer caught in some type of feedback loop, the alien apparently having
had its percieved sense of reality and identity shaken to the core.

Contactee Maurice Doreal may add something new to all of this, with his
claim that he was invited -- by two "blond men" who attended one of his
lectures -- into an ancient neo-Mayan city under Mt. Shasta, California
called Telos [interesting enough, "Telos" is also a Greek word meaning
"uttermost" or "purpose"]. (JW I am familar with Doreal and his writing.
He is a very nice person but could possible be by now.) During later
contacts
Doreal was shown some ancient 'holographic' libraries beneath the Himalayas,
and holographic records of a technically-advanced race of tall, blond and
blue-eyed humans who ruled a vast empire where the Gobi desert now lies.

These 'Nordics' were at war with a race of reptilian or neo-saurian
humanoids -- velociraptor type humanoids, possibly the result of ancient
genetic engineering gone out of control? -- based on what at the time was
the semi-tropical continent of Antarctica. The 'Nordics' literally drove the
reptilian humanoids off the face of the earth, the reptiloids taking refuge
in vast underground cavern systems [possibly akin to "Snakeworld", "Patala"
or "Nagaloka" with it's reptilian capital "Bhoga-vita" -- which is according
to Hindu tradition part of a seven leveled subterranean realm stretching
from Benares India to Lake Manosarowar Tibet, and inhabited by deadly
reptilian humanoids called the 'Nagas']. There they developed a hive-like
society in order to advanced their occult-technology.

The unusual thing however according to Doreal was that many of the
reptilians could, chameleon-like, masquerade as humans and they used this
ability to infiltrate human society and commit acts of sabotage. Many of
these were detected and executed, and the ancients used an unusual method to
root them out. It seemed as if the reptilian tongue could not pronounce the
word "KIN-IN-I-GIN". If a suspected reptilian infiltrator was cornered and
could not bring itself to pronouncing the words, they were taken and if
proven to be reptilian they were dealt with accordingly.

This reminds me of yet another account from the early 1980's which was
covered in a now-defunct newletter called "THE CRYSTAL BALL", which printed
a "Shaver Mystery" special edition. This edition recounted a story of
Russian scientists who, searching for a meteorite impact in northern
Siberia, discovered an underground facility beneath the ice and snow.
Several humanoid bodies were discovered in frozen suspended animation. Some
of these were revived but they proved to be far from human, but rather
reptilians who had somehow shape-shifted into human form... whereas the true
humans in this ancient scientific colony could not be revived. Eventually
the whole scientific team was "assimilated" by the reptilians, the
reptilians somehow reaching into their minds and absorbing their memories
and physical features. Other scientists were called in and these in turn
were assimilated/absorbed by other reptilians. The story has it that the
infiltration reached even to the deepest levels of the Russian Politbureau
and if true it may have paved the way for other "infiltratration" agendas
involving other countries.

This story, code-named "The Siberian Affair" which is strangely similar to
the John Carpenter/Kurt Russel movie "THE THING", might seem to be just so
much more science-fiction to the average person, however when comopared with
all the rest of the accounts recorded here and elsewhere, one really
has to

Are there really Shape-shifting Reptilians??? If there are. Are their

Excerpt from David Icke book "The Biggest Secret" concerning shape-shifting
reptilians

"In a remarkable period of 15 days as I travelled, around the United States
in 1998, I met more than a dozen separate people who told me of how they had
seen humans transform into reptiles and go back again in front of their
eyes. Two television presenters had just such an experience while
interviewing, a man who was in favour of the global centralisation of power
known as the New World Order. After the live interview, the male presenter
said to his colleague that he had experienced an amazing sight during the
interview. He had seen the man's face transform into a lizard-like creature
and then return to human. His female fellow presenter was astounded because
she had seen the interviewee's hands turn reptilian. The male presenter also
told me of an experience a policeman friend had while making a routine
visit: to an office block in Aurora, near Denver, Colorado. The policeman
had commented to an executive of one of the companies on the ground: floor
of the extreme nature of security in the building. She told him he should
look at the higher floors if he wanted to know how extensive it really was.
She also pointed to a lift which only went to certain floors at the top of
the building and, as they chatted, she told him of something she had seen
some weeks earlier. The lift had opened and a very strange figure had
emerged. He was white to the point of: being albino, but he had a face
shaped like a lizard and his eye pupils were vertical like a reptile's. This
lizard-like figure, had walked out of the lift and into an official-looking
car waiting outside. The policeman was so intrigued that he used his own
time to check on the companies at the top of the building served, by the
mystery lift. He found they were all fronts for the Central Intelligence
Agency, the CIA.

Then there are the experiences of Cathy O'Brien, the mind controlled slave
of the United States government for more than 25 years, which she details in
her astonishing book, Trance Formation Of America, written with Mark
Phillips. She was sexually abused as a child and as an adult by a stream of
famous people named in her book. Among them were the US Presidents, Gerald
Ford, Bill Clinton and, most appallingly, George Bush, a: major player in
the Brotherhood, as my books and others have long exposed. It was Bush, a
paedophile and serial killer, who regularly abused and raped Cathy's
daughter, Kelly O'Brien, as a toddler before her mother's courageous
exposure of these staggering events forced the authorities to remove Kelly
from the mind control programme known as Project Monarch. Cathy writes in
Trance Formation Of America of how George Bush was sitting in front of her
in his office in Washington DC when, he opened a book at a page depicting
"lizard-like aliens fro m a far off, deep space place." Bush then claimed to
be an 'alien' himself and appeared, before her eyes, to transform 'like a
chameleon' into a reptile. Cathy believed that some kind of hologram had
been activated to achieve this and from her understanding at the time I can
see why she rationalised her experience in this way. Anyone would, because
the truth is too fantastic to comprehend until you see the build up of
evidence. 'There's no doubt that alien~based mind programmes are part of
these mind control projects and that the whole UFO-extraterrestrial scene is
being massively manipulated, not least through Hollywood films designed to
mould public thinking. Cathy says in her book that George Lucas, the
producer of Star Wars, is an operative with NASA; and the National Security
Agency, the 'parent' body of the CIA." But given the evidence presented by
so many other people, I don't believe that what Bush said and Cathy saw was
just a mind control programme. I think he was revealing the Biggest Secret,
that a reptilian race from another dimension has been controlling the planet
for thousands of years. I know other people who have seen Bush shape-shift
into a reptilian.

The president of Mexico in the 1980s, Miguel DeLa Madrid; also used Cathy in
her mind controlled state. She said he told her the legend of the Iguana and
explained that lizard-like extraterrestrials had descended upon the Mayans
in Mexico. The Mayan pyramids, their advanced astronomical technology and ~
the sacrifice of virgins, was inspired by lizard-like aliens, he told her."'
He added that these reptilians interbred with the Mayans to produce a form
of life they could inhabit. De La Madrid told Cathy that these reptile-human
bloodlines could, fluctuate between a human and iguana appearance through
chameleon-like abilities - "a perfect vehicle for transforming into world
leaders", he said. De la Madrid claimed to have Mayan-lizard ancestry in his
blood which allowed him to transform back to an iguana at will. He then
changed before her eyes, as Bush had, and appeared to have a lizard-like
tongue and eyes." Cathy understandably believed this to be another
holographic projection, but was it really? Or was De La Madrid saying
something very close to the truth? This theme of being like a chameleon is
merely another term for 'shape-shifting', a theme you find throughout the
ancient world and among open minded people, in the modern one too.

Shapeshifting is the ability to use your mind to project another physical
image for people to see. Everything is energy vibrating, at different
speeds, so if you use your mind to re-vibrate that energy to a different
resonance, you can appear in any form you choose. Many witnesses have
described how the so-called ~ 'Men in Black' materialise and dernaterialise
when they threaten people who are communicating information about
extraterrestrials and UFOs. They can do this because they are
interdimensional beings who can appear in any form. This is the main reason
for the obsession with interbreeding among the Elite bloodline families.
They are seeking to maintain a genetic structure which allows them to move
between dimensions and shape-shift between a human and reptilian appearance.
Once the genetic structure falls too far from it's reptilian origin, they
can't shapeshift in this way.

Hunter S. Thompson in his book, Fear And, Loathing, In Las Vegas," describes
seeing reptiles while in a drugged condition and a guy I met in the United
States (in those 15 days I mentioned earlier) told me a similar story. He
'tripped' on a large amounts of LSD in the 1960s and in his seriously
mind-altered state he would see some people as humans and others as humanoid
lizards and other reptiles. For a while he believed that: he was merely
hallucinating, but as a regular 'tripper' at high doses he began to realise
that what he was seeing, usually by the third day of a five-day 'trip', was
not an hallucination, but the vibratory veils lifting which allowed him to
see beyond the physical to the force controlling the person. In these
moments the same people always had lizard features and the same people
always looked human. They never switched. He also began to observe that
those around him who appeared lizard-like in his altered state always seemed
to react the same to movies, television programmes, etc. "We used to laugh
and say 'here come the lizards'," he told me. He believed there was, to use
his own phrase, a 'morphogenetic field' which transmitted to the DNA of the
lizard people and aligned the cell structure to the reptilian genetic
blueprint. The more reptilian genes a person carries the easier it is for
this communication, or rather control,: to take place. And the ones with the
cell structure most aligned to the reptilian blueprint are the Elite
families that run the world to this day. It: is not without reason that
Diana, Princess of I/Vales used to call the Windsors the 'lizards' and the
'reptiles' and said in all seriousness: "They're not human". This was told
to me by a close confidant of Diana for nine years whom I quote at length
later in the book.

At the end of that 15 days of meeting person after person telling me the
same story of seeing humans become reptiles, I was sitting in the speakers'
room at a Whole Life Expo event in Minneapolis where I was appearing and was
chatting about these experiences when a gifted psychic lady said that she
knew what I was talking about, because she could see the reptiles inside and
around the bodies of leading world politicians, and the business, banking
and military elite. This was possible because, as someone who had accessed
her psychic sight, she could see beyond the physical and into the lower
fourth dimension where these reptilians reside. What did Miguel De La Madrid
say to Cathy O'Brien? The reptile-human bloodlines could fluctuate between a
human and iguana appearance through charneleon-like abilities - "a perfect
vehicle for transforming into world: leaders'. This psychic lady said that
most of the people in positions of power appeared to be reptiles, but there
were others who were still human and these people, she said, were
"overshadowed and controlled" by a reptile, but they weren't actually
reptiles. We would call this being possessed. This is an important
distinction. There are the 'full-bloods' who are reptilians using an
apparent human form to hide their true nature, and the 'hybrids', the
reptile-human crossbreed bloodlines, who are possessed by the reptilians
from the fourth dimension. A third type are the reptilians who directly
manifest in this dimension, but can't hold that state indefinitely. Some of
the 'Men in Black' are examples of this. Many of the possessed people will
have no idea that this is so, but their thoughts are the reptilians'
thoughts and they act in ways that, advance the Agenda without realising the
background to how and, why they are being used. Leading Brotherhood families
like the Rothschilds and the Windsors are full-bloods reptilians wearing

this time in England, who had been married to a man involved in Satanic
ritual and the Brotherhood networks. He was head keeper of an area of land
called Burnham Beeches near! the Buckinghamshire-Berkshire border a few
miles from Slough, west of: London. This is an ancient site mentioned in the
Domesday Book at the time of William the Conqueror in the 11th century and
it has a reputation for Satanism. The lady who spoke to me was taking her
dog for a walk across the land at dusk in the early 1970s when she saw a
figure in a long red robe. When he lifted his head, she saw that his face
was that of a lizard. She obviously thought she was crazy, but this was no
illusion, she said The 'lizard' was very real and very physical, not an
apparition. She is very psychic and she later began to see people either

A few years ago I became aquainted with a lovely person with the surname of
Bauer. We had many varied and wide ranging discussions. During one of these
talks, the subject of schizophrenia came up. She said it ran in her family.

Asking for more detail, she told me her mother and great aunt had been
afflicted by it. It was the vision hallucination type. The odd thing is that
the hallucinations were incredibly similar. Their 'hallucinations' were of
people 'of royal blood' turning into giant lizards! Having just read David
Icke's book recently, this information didn't seem too relavent at the time.

I was at FEMA training headquarters in Fredricksburg, Maryland attending a
radiological defense pilot course in 1982 for the Washington state
Department of Emergency Services. During the orientation, Louis Guiffreda,
one of the head honchos and a cousin of George Bush, came in to observe.
When he sat down I noticed a dark haze around him. I kept looking at him to
see if my eyes were playing tricks on me or what, but it stayed the same.

I was up in the seats alone as I like to be in these things. Soon, I noticed
he was staring at me! This unnerved me. I closed my eyes and tried to relax.
When I opened my eyes again, I saw him coming toward me. He sat down a few
rows behind and to the left of me. I glanced back and saw him leaning
forward with his eyes closed. I figured he was just tired and decided to
take a rest with me.

While sitting there trying to relax, I heard a strange hissing and swishing
sound come from behind me. I opened my eyes, but was afraid to look around.
I saw a woman in our group looking up in our direction with a look of
astonishment and shock on her face. She kept looking up nervously in our
direction.

Eventually, Guiffreda left with his body guards(waxy faced suits with
sunglasses) and the presentation continued.

After the orientation, I walked outside and found this woman sobbing and
shaking in the arms of another participant. I intruded and said I wanted to
know why she was looking up with that look on her face. She didn't want to
say, but with repeated assurance from me she told me. She had seen Guiffreda
'turn' into a lizard! The other guy said Guiffreda had the nickname of
lizard man in the circles around FEMA and he has a skin disease that makes
his skin look like scales.

We tried to assure her that she was just stressed or something. I thought
maybe too many drugs or over active imagination. But she was very adamant
about what she saw and was visibly shaken by it. The other guy also said
there was scuttle*** of an underground rail system that ran under the FEMA
facility. Just as he said that, we felt a low rumbling beneath our feet like
a subway. We noticed some suits coming in our direction and headed off.

Over the course of the next two weeks we all got to know each other fairly
well. All these people where professionals in their fields. I found them all
reasonable and fine examples of who I would call true friends. I had
forgotton about this experience until I read David's book. It was just one
of those odd things that didn't make sense. Now it does. I also posted info
on the Bauer family earlier. I was in quite a bit of shock when I finally
made all the connections. So, what more can I say? I don't just believe it's
real, I 'know' it is. Unless, of course, I want to deny my own experience
and senses.

controlled slave of the United States government for more than 25
years, which she details in her astonishing book, "Trance Formation Of
America", written with Mark Phillips. She was sexually abused as a
child and as an adult by a stream of famous people named in her book.
Among them were the US Presidents, Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton and, most
appallingly, George Bush, a major player in the Brotherhood, as my

being massively manipulated, not least through Hollywood films

National Security Agency, the 'parent' body of the CIA. But given the
evidence presented by so many other people, I don't believe that what
Bush said and Cathy saw was just a mind control programme. I think he
was revealing the Biggest Secret, that a reptilian race from another
dimension has been controlling the planet for thousands of years. I
know other people who have seen Bush shape-shift into a reptilian.
The president of Mexico in the 1980s, Miguel DeLa Madrid also used
Cathy in her mind controlled state. She said he told her the legend of
the Iguana and explained that lizard-like extraterrestrials had
descended upon the Mayans in Mexico. The Mayan pyramids, their
advanced astronomical technology and the sacrifice of virgins, was
inspired by lizard-like aliens, he told her. He added that these
reptilians interbred with the Mayans to produce a form of life they
could inhabit. De La Madrid told Cathy that these reptile-human
bloodlines could, fluctuate between a human and iguana appearance
through chameleon-like abilities - "a perfect vehicle for transforming

truth? This theme of being like a chameleon is merely another term for
'shape-shifting' , a theme you find throughout the ancient world and
among open minded people, in the modern one too. Shapeshifting is the
ability to use your mind to project another physical image for people
to see. Everything is energy vibrating, at different speeds, so if you
use your mind to re-vibrate that energy to a different resonance, you
can appear in any form you choose. Many witnesses have described how
the so-called 'Men in Black' materialize and dematerialize when they
threaten people who are communicating information about
extraterrestrials and UFOs. They can do this because they are
interdimensional beings who can appear in any form. This is the main
reason for the obsession with interbreeding among the Elite bloodline
families. They are seeking to maintain a genetic structure which

Hunter S. Thompson in his book, "Fear and Loathing, In Las Vegas,"
describes seeing reptiles while in a drugged condition and a guy I met
in the United States (in those 15 days I mentioned earlier) told me a
similar story. He 'tripped' on a large amounts of LSD in the 1960s and
in his seriously mind-altered state he would see some people as humans
and others as humanoid lizards and other reptiles. For a while he
believed that he was merely hallucinating, but as a regular 'tripper'
at high doses he began to realize that what he was seeing, usually by
the third day of a five-day 'trip', was not an hallucination, but the
vibratory veils lifting which allowed him to see beyond the physical

A friend of mine in Salt Lake City, K.S., was visiting a Nordstrom store in

a computer caught in some type of feedback loop, the alien apparently having

"uttermost" or "purpose"]. During later contacts Doreal

ancient 'holographic' libraries beneath the Himalayas, and holographic 
records of a technically-advanced race of tall, blond and blue-eyed
humans 
who ruled a vast empire where the Gobi desert now lies. 
 
These 'Nordics' were at war with a race of reptilian or neo-saurian 
humanoids -- velociraptor type humanoids, possibly the result of ancient
 
genetic engineering gone out of control? -- based on what at the time was
 
the semi-tropical continent of Antarctica. The 'Nordics' literally drove the
 
reptilian humanoids off the face of the earth, the reptiloids taking refuge
 
in vast underground cavern systems [possibly akin to
"Snakeworld", "Patala" 
or "Nagaloka" with it's reptilian capital
"Bhoga-vita" -- which is according 
to Hindu tradition part of a seven leveled subterranean realm stretching
 
from Benares India to Lake Manosarowar Tibet, and inhabited by deadly 
reptilian humanoids called the 'Nagas']. There they developed a hive-like
 
society in order to advanced their occult-technology. 
 
The unusual thing however according to Doreal was that many of the 
reptilians could, chameleon-like, masquerade as humans and they used this
 
ability to infiltrate human society and commit acts of sabotage. Many of
 
these were detected and executed, and the ancients used an unusual method to
 
root them out. It seemed as if the reptilian tongue could not pronounce the
 
word "KIN-IN-I-GIN". If a suspected reptilian infiltrator was
cornered and 
could not bring itself to pronouncing the words, they were taken and if 
proven to be reptilian they were dealt with accordingly. 
 
This reminds me of yet another account from the early 1980's which was 
covered in a now-defunct newletter called "THE CRYSTAL BALL",
which printed 
a "Shaver Mystery" special edition. This edition recounted a story
of 
Russian scientists who, searching for a meteorite impact in northern 
Siberia, discovered an underground facility beneath the ice and snow. 
Several humanoid bodies were discovered in frozen suspended animation. Some
 
of these were revived but they proved to be far from human, but rather 
reptilians who had somehow shape-shifted into human form... whereas the true
 
humans in this ancient scientific colony could not be revived. Eventually
 
the whole scientific team was "assimilated" by the reptilians, the
 
reptilians somehow reaching into their minds and absorbing their memories
 
and physical features. Other scientists were called in and these in turn
 
were assimilated/absorbed by other reptilians. The story has it that
the 
infiltration reached even to the deepest levels of the Russian Politbureau
 
and if true it may have paved the way for other "infiltratration"
agendas 
involving other countries. 
 
This story, code-named "The Siberian Affair" which is strangely
similar to 
the John Carpenter/Kurt Russel movie "THE THING", might seem to be
just so 
much more science-fiction to the average person, however when comopared with
 
all the rest of the accounts recorded here and elsewhere, one really has to
 
wonder...

merely another term for 'shape-shifting', a theme you find throughout

ancient world and among open minded people, in the modern one too. 
 
Shapeshifting is the ability to use your mind to project another physical
 
image for people to see. Everything is energy vibrating, at different 
speeds, so if you use your mind to re-vibrate that energy to a different
 
resonance, you can appear in any form you choose. Many witnesses have 
described how the so-called ~ 'Men in Black' materialise and dernaterialise
 
when they threaten people who are communicating information about 
extraterrestrials and UFOs. They can do this because they are 
interdimensional beings who can appear in any form. This is the main reason
 
for the obsession with interbreeding among the Elite bloodline families.
 
They are seeking to maintain a genetic structure which allows them to move
 
between dimensions and shape-shift between a human and reptilian appearance.
 
Once the genetic structure falls too far from it's reptilian origin, they
 
can't shapeshift in this way. 
 
Hunter S. Thompson in his book, Fear And, Loathing, In Las Vegas,"
describes 
seeing reptiles while in a drugged condition and a guy I met in the United
 
States (in those 15 days I mentioned earlier) told me a similar story. He
 
'tripped' on a large amounts of LSD in the 1960s and in his seriously 
mind-altered state he would see some people as humans and others as humanoid
 
lizards and other reptiles. For a while he believed that: he was merely 
hallucinating, but as a regular 'tripper' at high doses he began to realise
 
that what he was seeing, usually by the third day of a five-day 'trip', was
 
not an hallucination, but the vibratory veils lifting which allowed him to
 
see beyond the physical to the force controlling the person. In these 
moments the same people always had lizard features and the same people 
always looked human. They never switched. He also began to observe that 
those around him who appeared lizard-like in his altered state always seemed
 
to react the same to movies, television programmes, etc. "We used to
laugh 
and say 'here come the lizards'," he told me. He believed there was, to
use 
his own phrase, a 'morphogenetic field' which transmitted to the DNA of the
 
lizard people and aligned the cell structure to the reptilian genetic 
blueprint. The more reptilian genes a person carries the easier it is for
 
this communication, or rather control,: to take place. And the ones with the
 
cell structure most aligned to the reptilian blueprint are the Elite 
families that run the world to this day. It: is not without reason that 
Diana, Princess of I/Vales used to call the Windsors the 'lizards' and the
 
'reptiles' and said in all seriousness: "They're not human". This
was told 
to me by a close confidant of Diana for nine years whom I quote at length
 
later in the book. 
 
At the end of that 15 days of meeting person after person telling me the
 
same story of seeing humans become reptiles, I was sitting in the speakers'
 
room at a Whole Life Expo event in Minneapolis where I was appearing and was
 
chatting about these experiences when a gifted psychic lady said that she
 
knew what I was talking about, because she could see the reptiles inside and
 
around the bodies of leading world politicians, and the business, banking
 
and military elite. This was possible because, as someone who had accessed
 
her psychic sight, she could see beyond the physical and into the lower 
fourth dimension where these reptilians reside. What did Miguel De La Madrid
 
say to Cathy O'Brien? The reptile-human bloodlines could fluctuate between a
 
human and iguana appearance through charneleon-like abilities - "a
perfect 
vehicle for transforming into world: leaders'. This psychic lady said that
 
most of the people in positions of power appeared to be reptiles, but there
 
were others who were still human and these people, she said, were 
"overshadowed and controlled" by a reptile, but they weren't
actually 
reptiles. We would call this being possessed. This is an important 
distinction. There are the 'full-bloods' who are reptilians using an 
apparent human form to hide their true nature, and the 'hybrids', the 
reptile-human crossbreed bloodlines, who are possessed by the reptilians
 
from the fourth dimension. A third type are the reptilians who directly 
manifest in this dimension, but can't hold that state indefinitely. Some of
 
the 'Men in Black' are examples of this. Many of the possessed people will
 
have no idea that this is so, but their thoughts are the reptilians' 
thoughts and they act in ways that, advance the Agenda without realising the
 
background to how and, why they are being used. Leading Brotherhood families
 
like the Rothschilds and the Windsors are full-bloods reptilians wearing
 
human physical bodies like an overcoat in the full knowledge of who they are
 
and the Agenda they are seeking to implement. Another comment the psychic
 
lady made was that in her altered state of consciousness, Hillary Clinton
 
appeared as a reptile, while her husband, Bill Clinton the US President, was
 
only overshadowed, and controlled by one. This is interesting because my own
 
research, and: that of others, has revealed Hillary Clinton to be much 
higher in the hierarchy than Bill, who while of a crossbreed bloodline, is a
 
pawn in the game, to be used and discarded as necessary, It is not always
 
that the most powerful people are placed in what appears to be the most 
powerful jobs. Often they are not. They are the string-pullers of those who
 
appear to have the power. 
 
There is another key difference between the full-bloods and the crossbreeds.
 
Everything is created by sound. When you think or feel, you emit a wave of
 
energy which changes the energy around you to resonate at that same 
vibratory level, That wave is actually a sound, broadcasting beyond the 
range of human hearing. Form cannot exist without sound. As you can see in a
 
fantastic series of videos called Cymatics, it is sound: which turns matter
 
into form. In the videos, sand and other particles are placed on a metal
 
plate and this is vibrated by different sound, - which rearrange the sand
 
into amazing, often geometric patterns. With each change of sound the 
patterns change accordingly. Go back to the original sound and the original
 
pattern returns immediately. It is like the waves that form the concentric
 
circles of the planetary orbits around the Sun I mentioned in the last 
chapter, The solar system is also the creation of sound. Everything is. In
 
the beginning was the Word and the Word was... sound. In the Cymatics videos
 
you see the particles form into mini planets, solar systems and galaxies,
 
just through sound vibrations. 
 
Sound is also a wonderful form of healing because by resonating the body and
 
its organs at their proper vibration they can be healed. Illness is disease,
 
the disharmony of the natural vibrational state of the body and, because our
 
thoughts and emotions are actually sound waves, our imbalanced thoughts and
 
emotions disrupt the vibrational harmony and therefore lead to disease. This
 
is how emotional stress causes illness. It is so simple. Anyway, another
 
incredible example of all this in the Cymatics videos is seeing 
almost:human-like figures forming from the particles when certain
sounds are 
emitted. Our bodies are also the result of sound resonating energy into form
 
and if our minds are powerful enough to change the sound range of the body,
 
it moves into another form or disappears from this dimension, altogether.
 
This is what is called shape-shifting. It is not a miracle, it is science,

A few years ago I became aquainted with a lovely person with the surname of
 
Bauer. We had many varied and wide ranging discussions. During one of these
 
talks, the subject of schizophrenia came up. She said it ran in her
family. 
 
Asking for more detail, she told me her mother and great aunt had been 
afflicted by it. It was the vision hallucination type. The odd thing is that
 
the hallucinations were incredibly similar. Their 'hallucinations' were of
 
people 'of royal blood' turning into giant lizards! Having just read David
 
Icke's book recently, this information didn't seem too relavent at the
time. 
 
I was at FEMA training headquarters in Fredricksburg, Maryland attending a
 
radiological defense pilot course in 1982 for the Washington state 
Department of Emergency Services. During the orientation, Louis Guiffreda,
 
one of the head honchos and a cousin of George Bush, came in to observe.
 
When he sat down I noticed a dark haze around him. I kept looking at him to
 
see if my eyes were playing tricks on me or what, but it stayed the
same. 
 
I was up in the seats alone as I like to be in these things. Soon, I noticed
 
he was staring at me! This unnerved me. I closed my eyes and tried to relax.
 
When I opened my eyes again, I saw him coming toward me. He sat down a few
 
rows behind and to the left of me. I glanced back and saw him leaning 
forward with his eyes closed. I figured he was just tired and decided to
 
take a rest with me. 
 
While sitting there trying to relax, I heard a strange hissing and swishing
 
sound come from behind me. I opened my eyes, but was afraid to look around.
 
I saw a woman in our group looking up in our direction with a look of 
astonishment and shock on her face. She kept looking up nervously in our
 
direction. 
 
Eventually, Guiffreda left with his body guards(waxy faced suits with 
sunglasses) and the presentation continued. 
 
After the orientation, I walked outside and found this woman sobbing and
 
shaking in the arms of another participant. I intruded and said I wanted to
 
know why she was looking up with that look on her face. She didn't want to
 
say, but with repeated assurance from me she told me. She had seen Guiffreda
 
'turn' into a lizard! The other guy said Guiffreda had the nickname of 
lizard man in the circles around FEMA and he has a skin disease that makes
 
his skin look like scales. 
 
We tried to assure her that she was just stressed or something. I thought
 
maybe too many drugs or over active imagination. But she was very adamant
 
about what she saw and was visibly shaken by it. The other guy also said
 
there was scuttle*** of an underground rail system that ran under the FEMA
 
facility. Just as he said that, we felt a low rumbling beneath our feet like
 
a subway. We noticed some suits coming in our direction and headed off. 
 
Over the course of the next two weeks we all got to know each other fairly
 
well. All these people where professionals in their fields. I found them all
 
reasonable and fine examples of who I would call true friends. I had 
forgotton about this experience until I read David's book. It was just one
 
of those odd things that didn't make sense. Now it does. I also posted info
 
on the Bauer family earlier. I was in quite a bit of shock when I finally
 
made all the connections. So, what more can I say? I don't just believe it's
 
real, I 'know' it is. Unless, of course, I want to deny my own experience
 
and senses.

the so-called 'Men in Black' materialize and dematerialize when they 
threaten people who are communicating information about 
extraterrestrials and UFOs. They can do this because they are 
interdimensional beings who can appear in any form. This is the main 
reason for the obsession with interbreeding among the Elite bloodline 
families. They are seeking to maintain a genetic structure which 
allows them to move between dimensions and shape-shift between a human 
and reptilian appearance. Once the genetic structure falls too far 
from it's reptilian origin, they can't shapeshift in this way. 
Hunter S. Thompson in his book, "Fear and Loathing, In Las
Vegas," 
describes seeing reptiles while in a drugged condition and a guy I met 
in the United States (in those 15 days I mentioned earlier) told me a 
similar story. He 'tripped' on a large amounts of LSD in the 1960s and 
in his seriously mind-altered state he would see some people as humans 
and others as humanoid lizards and other reptiles. For a while he 
believed that he was merely hallucinating, but as a regular 'tripper' 
at high doses he began to realize that what he was seeing, usually by 
the third day of a five-day 'trip', was not an hallucination, but the 
vibratory veils lifting which allowed him to see beyond the physical 
to the force controlling the person. In these moments the same people 
always had lizard features and the same people always looked human. 
They never switched. He also began to observe that those around him 
who appeared lizard-like in his altered state always seemed to react 
the same to movies, television programmes, etc. We used to laugh and 
say "here come the lizards," he told me. He believed there was, to
use 
his own phrase, a 'morphogenetic field' which transmitted to the DNA 
of the lizard people and aligned the cell structure to the reptilian 
genetic blueprint. The more reptilian genes a person carries the 
easier it is for this communication, or rather control, to take place. 
And the ones with the cell structure most aligned to the reptilian 
blueprint are the Elite families that run the world to this day. It is 
not without reason that Diana, Princess of Wales, used to call the 
Windsors the 'lizards' and the 'reptiles' and said in all seriousness 
"They're not human." This was told to me by a close confidant of
Diana 
for nine years whom I quote at length later in the book. 
At the end of that 15 days of meeting person after person telling 
me the same story of seeing humans become reptiles, I was sitting in 
the speakers' room at a Whole Life Expo event in Minneapolis where I 
was appearing and was chatting about these experiences when a gifted 
psychic lady said that she knew what I was talking about, because she 
could see the reptiles inside and around the bodies of leading world 
politicians, and the business, banking and military e1ite. This was 
possible because, as someone who had accessed her psychic sight, she 
could see beyond the physical and into the lower fourth dimension 
where these reptilians reside. What did Miguel De La Madrid say to 
Cathy O'Brien? The reptile-human bloodlines could fluctuate between a 
human and iguana appearance through chameleon-like abilities, 'a 
perfect vehicle for transforming into world leaders'. This psychic 
lady said that most of the people in positions of power appeared to be 
reptiles, but there were others who were still human and these people, 
she said, were "overshadowed and controlled" by a reptile, but
they 
weren't actually reptiles. We would call this being possessed. This is 
an important distinction. There are the 'full-bloods' who are 
reptilians using an apparent human form to hide their true nature, and 
the 'hybrids', the reptile-human crossbreed bloodlines, who are 
possessed by the reptilians from the fourth dimension. A third type 
are the reptilians who directly manifest in this dimension, but can't 
hold that state indefinitely. Some of the 'Men in Black' are examples 
of this. Many of the possessed people will have no idea that this is 
so, but their thoughts are the reptilians' thoughts and they act in 
ways that advance the Agenda without realizing the background to how 
and why they are being used. Leading Brotherhood families like the 
Rothschilds and the Windsors are full-bloods reptilians wearing human 
physical bodies like an overcoat in the full knowledge of who they are 
and the Agenda they are seeking to implement. Another comment the 
psychic lady made was that in her altered state of consciousness, 
Hillary Clinton appeared as a reptile, while her husband, Bill Clinton 
the US President, was only overshadowed, and controlled by one. This 
is interesting because my own research, and that of others, has 
revealed Hillary Clinton to be much higher in, the hierarchy than 
Bill, who, while of a crossbreed bloodline, is a pawn in the game, to 
be used and discarded as necessary. It is not always that the most 
powerful people are placed in what appears to be the most powerful 
jobs. Often they are not. They are the string-pullers of those who 
appear to have the power. 
There is another key difference between the full-bloods and the 
crossbreeds. Everything is created by sound. When you think or feel, 
you emit a wave of energy which changes the energy around you to 
resonate at that same vibratory level, That wave is actually a sound, 
broadcasting beyond the range of human hearing. Form cannot exist 
without sound. As you can see in a fantastic series of videos called 
Cymatics, it is sound which turns matter into form. In the videos, 
sand and other particles are placed on a metal plate and this is 
vibrated by different sound which rearrange the sand into amazing, 
often geometric patterns. With each change of sound the patterns 
change accordingly. Go back to the original sound and the original 
pattern returns immediately. It is like the waves that form the 
concentric circles of the planetary orbits around the Sun I mentioned 
in the last chapter, The solar system is also the creation of sound. 
Everything is. In the beginning was the word and the word was sound. 
In the Cymatics videos you see the particles form into mini planets, 
solar systems and galaxies, just through sound vibrations. Sound is 
also a wonderful form of healing because by resonating the body and 
its organs at their proper vibration they can be healed. Illness is 
disease, the disharmony of the natural vibrational state of the body 
and, because our thoughts and emotions are actually sound waves, our 
imbalanced thoughts and emotions disrupt the vibrational harmony and 
therefore lead to disease. This is how emotional stress causes 
illness. It is so simple. Anyway, another incredible example of all 
this in the Cymatics videos is seeing almost human-like figures 
forming from the particles when certain sounds are emitted. Our bodies 
are also the result of sound resonating energy into form and if our 
minds are powerful enough to change the sound range of the body, it 
moves into another form or disappears from this dimension, altogether. 
This is what is called shape-shifting. It is not a miracle, it is 
science, the natural laws of creation. The full-blood reptilians of 
the lower fourth dimension can therefore make their 'human' physical 
form disappear and bring forward their reptilian level of existence. 
They shape-shift. To us in this dimension they appear human, but it's 
just a vibrational overcoat. 
After the first draft, of this chapter was completed I met another 
woman, this time in England, who had been married to a man involved in 
Satanic ritual and the Brotherhood networks. He was head keeper of an 
area of land called Burnham Beeches, near the 
Buckinghamshire- Berkshire border a few miles from Slough, west of 
London. This is an ancient site mentioned in the Domesday Book at the 
time of William the Conqueror in the 1lth century and it has a 
reputation for Satanism. The lady who spoke to me was taking her dog 
for a walk across the land at dusk in the early 1970s when she saw a 
figure in a long red robe. When he lifted his head, she saw that his 
face was that of a lizard. She obviously thought she was crazy, but 
this was no illusion, she said the 'lizard' was very real and very 
physical, not an apparition. She is very psychic and she later began 
to see people either transform into lizards before her eyes or be 
overshadowed by them in exactly the way described by the American 
psychic. If you look in the picture section you will see an artist's 
impression of what she sees with her psychic sight and many others 
have described exactly the same experiences. On July 20th 1988, a 
number of people in Bishopsville, South Carolina said they were 
terrorised by a "seven foot tall lizardman that had no hair,
eyebrows 
or lips, three fingers on each hand and large slanted eyes that glowed 
red in colour. There were five sightings of this "lizard-man" and
the 
story was reported in the Los Angeles Times and the Herald
Examiner."
