Subject: The Lenticular Clouds Over Tucson. Feb. 9, 2007.

This explains the purpose of some of the space crafts that
are seen over Tucson.

Wayne: I have a follow-up question from the information that Commander
Torqualino just transmitted, Is the event in my vision
and further described above, tied to the completion of the Alexandria
Lighthouse?
In answer to this particular question, we see the lighthouse as already
completed. Its etheric form is already completed. It does not
matter to us whether it is completed in the physical totality.
If manifestation is made prior to the completion, it would give
impetus to many countries of the world wanting to have that edifice
finished.
Keep in mind that this edifice has energetic connections to Cleopatra, to
the Sphinx, to the Pyramids, and also to Tel Aviv.
Tel Aviv, you will recall, is where the Mar-ek group took on
etheric embodiment recently to do a particular gridwork in that
place.
The energy of this great light will be directed into the areas
of the Mideast.
It will blaze forth into the entire Mediterranean region, all
the way to the Papacy.
Remember that all peoples of the entire world are in a mode
of expecting some one or some thing to come forth.
In this situation, and this is unique, it will be like unto a
Pente-ostal experience in that every man shall hear in their own tongue, or
according to their own understanding.
They shall be spoken to in the format of their own inner
language. In a metaphor, it will be like many people witnessing
a major event and each seeing it differently, so that a news
reporter gets many different renditions of what happened.
We would just add another little tidbit. Keep an eye out for
the Sun Cruisers. They will become much more numerous and shall be witnessed
by NA-A. Take the Mars information in light of the
bigger picture, that there has been a civilization on Mars and there are
established outposts by many on Mars.
There has been a great civilization on Venus. It is now what
we would call a dead planet in a certain sense, even though there
are many outposts established there as well. Those of the Galactic
Federation are masters of the concept of recycling. They refurbish planets
that are dead and use them.
Tetros, Venus and Mars are but three. Are there other questions?
Wayne: I have occasionally seen clouds over a particular area of Tucson
that I suspect is a pathway of UFO activity to a base in the Tucson
Mountains. These are what might be called a form of
?lenticular? clouds, although these particular formations are more
complex and are sort of ?pancaked? on top of each other. Just a
few weeks ago I saw an incredible formation and immediately got
the impression that this was a cover for an unusually large
coming and going of UFO activity between the Tucson Mountains
and areas to the southeast of Tucson.
Can you comment on this perception?

You are absolutely correct in this. And this is why it was
suggested that Kay remote view behind those clouds. Also, these
clouds are seeded with unearthly chemical components that can
act as minesweepers to locate and draw into these clouds certain pollutants
and emissions that are harmful to you. And then we
retract the substances of the clouds together with the
pollutants into our crafts. Watch for these particular cloud formations.
These craft have been detected by your Air F-rce
base there in Tucson and they have been given the message, Stop
the spraying. You will note that following these cloud
formations, the skies become clear.
Some of the craft are coming in with information from
Popocatepetl. They fly high enough that they cannot be seen by
those to the south, and then as it is necessary for them to
land, they land under cover.
There are bases in these two locations that work in harmony.
You will also note that both locations either are or have been
areas of volcanic activity.
So there is an energetic compatibility here.

Wayne: We have seen photos recently of craft around the volcano
Popocatepetl.
What information is being exchanged that relates to Popo?
At this time, most of the information that is being exchanged
has to do with energetic systems. And close connection is kept
also with the great commanders as to when they should manifest.
There will be synchronicities and it will be done in syncopation
with Alexandria of sound and light and voices and holographic
pictures in the sky. To those in South America who are Cat-olic,
they will see Mother Mary. Others will see a space commander;
some will see Je--s; some will see shafts and beams of light;
many will see auras around others in the grouping. And the one
with great aura shall be seen as one carrying light.
Nearly everyone will pass through what you have called the
goosebumps syndrome of affirmation. Many will have difficulty
brushing their hair, for it will have so much static
electricity in it. Many souls will begin to levitate while in meditation.
Others will see the dead.
And all of this is part of an activation process by which the
attention can be gained of all of humanity. Humanity shall
begin to cry out, Tell us the truth!
Why so many different ways of expression? So-ls can accept
Mother Mary that could not perhaps accept a UFO.
Others cannot accept things from the Chur-h, but could accept
a UFO. Each according to their understanding.

Wayne: One of our readers is interested in the ancient history
of Earth, based upon her readings from Zecharia Sitchin?s work,
which is interpreted from Sumerian tablets.
Basically, the history as interpreted by the reader goes
something like this: before Earth there was Tiamet, a much larger planet
than Earth circling the Sun.
A rogue planet, Nibiru, was captured by the Sun and pulled into a very
eccentric orbit. On either its first pass or a subsequent
one, it came too close to Tiamet, resulting in some of Nibiru's
moons bombarding Tiamet and breaking her apart.
The broken off parts formed the Asteroid Belt, which in ancient
times came to be called "He-ven," the balance, along with one of Nibiru's
captured moons, became Earth and her moon in a new orbit.
Subsequently, beings from planet Nibiru came to Earth to
obtain gold, which, it would appear, they needed to maintain their planet's
atmosphere. The ruling head of Nibiru at that time was
An/Anu.
The landing was made in the Middle East approximately 450,000
years ago.
These beings from Nibiru were called the Annunaki.
Since you as Kay led a previous lifetime in Sumeria, could you comment on
whether this is in essence an accurate early history
as it was understood and portrayed by them and if not, how does
it vary?
How does this fit into the Pangea/Lemuria/Atlantis story and
the timeframe of their civilization and demise?

Earth was formed by a group of beings that had the power within themselves
of creating and drawing together substances and
creating form.
They did, however, use parts of small asteroids that contained certain
elements. They broke down the substances and rearranged
them into a workable format, seeding into the Earth certain
forms of energy that they considered to be of value.
And the value would be to the very purpose of the creation of
this earth, the purpose being to establish a communication
gridwork throughout the galaxy. At the time of the creation of
Mother Earth, it was not known how the life forms would fall
into patterns of deep forgetfulness as to their purpose.
After the fall of Atlantis, many beings from many places came
to Planet Earth and put into hidden places deep within the
Earth, various energetic formations that would assist in
reawakening the people that lived here.
Keep in mind that none of the beings that we work with have
ever met the very highest source or the very first G-d.
Wherever any of us travel and we have encountered great and
wondrous beings, but they tell us that there are other beings
above them, and other beings above those. Not even Michael or
Metratron have met the first cause, and they are amongst the
greatest of beings known to any of us. They were around at the beginnings of
this quadrant of this particular galaxy, but
there was life in many places prior to the formation of this
quadrant of the galaxy.
Many times, what would happen is that a bus would be flying
through space and make a bus stop on Planet Earth.
They would take on fuel, replenish their personal selves,
and rest awhile. Most of the passengers, when it was time to go
on, would get back on the bus and leave, but many times there
would be a small group that wanted to stay behind. Many of you
who live in the Uni-ed States, and go to visit the Alps in
Switzerland, or the islands in the Pacific, fall in love with
those places.
Sometimes you stay there for a period of time. Others of you
return to the U-ited States with fond memories of your travels
and as many years go by, you maintain those memories and then
one day you say to yourself, I must return; I want to see
those distant places one more time.
It works like that with galactic travel as well.
The band of Annunaki that wrote upon the stone tablets in
ancient Sumeria were a group that would be as settlers on
this planet and would not be returning home but would be
setting up an outpost type of station on Planet Earth.
So they wrote their histories upon these stones. The stones themselves
are made of a certain type of alloy that is not easy to erode over many
centuries of time.
These tablets from Annunaki were handed down from generation to generation
so as to preserve a continuity of history of their sojourn upon this planet.
Keep in mind that these beings could live upon this planet for
many thousands of years, going into an underworld type of existence
in order to rest, approximately every 10,000 years. But they did not d-e in
the same way that humans of today do, after less than 100
years. They landed at a time that was in the very early
developmental stages of Lemuria. There was a civilization in Pangaea that
was in a time of Golden Age. And this was the first of the
great civilizations that were highly evolved upon this planet.
And it?s the Pangeans that hold the keys to the oldest histories
of humanity and to the keys of the encodements of humanity?s
evolution and sojourn from many other worlds. Keep in mind, as
we have mentioned before, that 450,000 years ago, in that time
frame, there were beings coming in from many places who were
acting in the capacity of giving to the life forms that they found here,
types of spi-itual mutations, if you would. At that time,
there was breeding between animals and types of animals and
humans as well. This spawns your great legends of beings that
were half human and half horse, and other beings that could
fly and other beings that were in part human that were able to live beneath
the oceans.
