You better watch some news.

I do watch the news. What does it have to do with anything? Unless, of
course that the immidiate reaction makes you think, that armed forces are
necsessary to achieve some state of peace. But the point is that we practise
not to react spontaneously upon what meet our senses. We recieve info
through our senses. Then we reflect on the object. Then we consider what
action could be taken, if any nescessary. If action is nescessary, we act
with awareness and compassion.

"Armed peace"? It's like "forced peace"... It wont work. It only creates
more suffering. You can't impose peace on anybody. People will withdraw. But
you can make them a gift og friendliness, endless patience and practise, to
inspire them to change behavior.

I understand that it can be scary to look at the news, but it is a problem
in your mind, and that suffering within you, you should end and not pass on
to your surroundings.

World Peace can be achieved!
