the time you found out what one really was?

Thinking back, it's quite funny, I think it was to do with power, I had
this simplistic view that it seemed at the time all high power
positions were run by man. Also, I thought wow wouldn't it be great if
there's no periods, plus I won't be the one to give birth to babies,
then my dad reminded me that he shaved his beard everyday, and that I
didn't have to have babies, that's when I started to accept it really.

Men have nothing on women when it comes to physical discomfort... I
know I couldn't handle it. I'll take the shaving over squeezing a
watermelon out of my nostril anyday! :)
