I don't eat refined or processed grains,
only whole grain sprouts (especially
oats, barley, and buckwheat, ... sometimes
gehani rice). I eat the sprouted grains raw.

I am a Sproutarian.
(Even with the dog-loving, vegetarianism and the emphasis on healthy
outdoor
living, mechanical marching, 'action' etc. ...)... Aren't you a bit old
for
the Hitler Youth? ;)

a.. What other animal on earth suffers from all the health challenges that
we face?
a.. What did people eat before there was fire?? They ate it RAW!

a. What other animal doesn't sniff and lick the behind of a fellow
animal to greet it?
I could go on and on but I'd better stop here.

Heil Who?

....someday someone will invent a particle assembling machine, which
takes in information from food substance (be it meat or veg or other)
database, adding customised variations for individual preferences.
This machine will take in faceces and waste materials and transform
them into things like fresh vegetables and meat etc.

only kidding..
