I'm afraid you chose the wrong forum if you wanted to have something
affirmed, re- or otherwise.

It's good if you've discovered something which releases you from past
suffering but it might be better to just stay quietly with the
experience, let it develop and deepen of and by itself. Talking too soon
is to let the dogs of thought devour it. I suggest you be still.
