then if nirvana is not just another state,
being in it would mean total oblivion
and there would be no frame of reference
to recognize it as a state at all. mental
boundaries define states and if nirvana
can be described at all, even in negational
terms, it is simply another state. sages say
that samadhi is just a specialized form of sleep.

but knowing itself is of the mind and
also a state. anything you know is confined
to the limitation of words, i.e., all words are
inclusive only in that they lead back to
themselves. all knowing is imperfect.
all non-knowing is perfection.
