Let's assume that the membrane/holon concept maps perfectly to the tathagata concept. And even explains emptiness, dependent origination, and every other Buddhist concept. Has it helped you abandon what is unskillful and develop what is skillful? If so, wonderful. If not, then it may be so much mental masturbation.
