On pages 204 and 205 of The Bahá'í World 1954-1963 Ruhiyyih Khanum
wrote:

One of the goals of the Ten Year Plan associated with the World
Centre, a goal the Guardian had allotted to himself, was what he
termed the "codification of the laws and ordinances of the Kitab-i-
Aqdas, the Mother Book of the Bahá'í Revelation." Any work involving
a book of this magnitude, which Shoghi Effendi had stated was together
with the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahá, "the chief depository
wherein are enshrined those priceless elements of that Divine
Civilization, the establishment of which is the primary mission of the
Bahá'í Faith", would certainly be unsuitable for any one but the Head
of the Faith to undertake.

"...unsuitable for any one but the Head of the Faith to undertake."?

Did Ruhiyyih Khanum write that because she believed what she also
wrote on page 169 of the same volume?:

"...this ruling factor in the cause of God is at once the servant of
all the servants of God--in other words the body of the faithful--but
responsible to a higher factor, divinely guided and inspired, the
Guardian or sole interpreter, and the Universal House of Justice, the
supreme, elected body, or sole legislator."

Such expressions immediately cause this question to present itself:

Will there never again be "Any work involving a book of this
magnitude"? Ruhiyyih Khanum admits in writing that only the Head of
the Faith, the Guardian, is qualified to undertake "Any work involving
a book of this magnitude". She admits in writing that the Guardian is
the "sole interpreter".

Shoghi Effendi did not complete all of the work of interpretation
involving the Kitab-i-Aqdas.

Does the Heterodox Bahá'í administration currently on Mt. Carmel
intend to make an attempt to elevate some other individual/s to the
status of "sole interpreter"? That administraton certainly does not
have any legitimate/authorized/divinely guided interpreter of Bahá'í
Holy Writ and Bahá'í Holy Text, which legitimate interpreter alone
preserves and causes the fulfillment of the Promise "This is the day
which will not be followed by night."

Christianity and other religions are perennially fracturing into more
and more divisions/sects because they do not have a "sole
interpreter". They have countless interpreters, generating countless
conflicting interpretations and applications.

And now the Heterodox/sans-Guardian Bahá'í administration does not
have a "sole interpreter".

Its spiritual 'day' has been followed by spiritual 'night'.

interpreter" of Bahá'í Holy Writ, Bahá'í Holy Text, and the writings
