"Sadness is for him who loses his chance when it appears." Bahá'u'lláh--

Countless Hebrew women and men lost their chance to identify and obey
His Holinesss the Christ when the chance to do so appeared because
those Hebrew women and men were unable to correctly identify the one
who fulfilled the role of "Elijah" whom they knew must appear first,
before the Messiah. The Lord Christ identified John the immerser as
the one who fulfilled the prophetic role of the "Elijah" who must
arrive first. Only those who accepted His interpretation of that
fulfillment were able to seize the chance to become His followers.

Today, some women and men are similarly rejoicing because they are
benefiting from interpretations of fulfillment of Holy Prophecy
provided by the agents on Earth whom Bahá'u'lláh has empowered to
interpret His Holy Writings, namely "the chosen ministers" of His
Covenant, the living Guardians of the Bahá'í Faith.

In view of the fact that Guardians are exclusively empowered and
authorized as interpreters of Bahá'í Holy Writ and Holy Text, and as
explainers of the writings of other Guardians where questions arise,
those living Guardians, alone, sustain and preserve the fulfillment of
the Promise to humankind for this Holy Dispensation: "This is the day
which will not be followed by night".

The chance has arrived for all faithful Bahá'í sisters and brothers to
accept that reality and to recognize the truth that even a legitimate
Universal House of Justice is not empowered to interpret Bahá'í Holy
Writ and Holy Text nor to explain/answer questions which arise about
interpretations and explanations provided by Shoghi Effendi, not to
mention a headless, illegitimate UHJ, such as the entity currently
located upon Mt. Carmel. A legitmate Universal House of Justice will
be empowered and authorized to legislate upon matters not specifically
mentioned in Holy Writ and Holy Text, and even a living Guardian must
decide which matters belong in the juresdiction of that future
legitimate Universal House of Justice. A headless UHJ is totally
impotent to accomplish that duty.

The quotation from the third Guardian's 2008 Ridvan message is a
welcome reminder that it is not possible to faithfully obey the Lord
of this Age without believing in and obeying the 'chosen minister' of
His Covenant, the living Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith.

Hetrodox Bahá'ís do not believe in and do not obey the 'chosen
minister' of the Lord's Covenant. They are following a headless
'group shepherd'.

The chance for faithful Bahá'í sisters and brothers to abandon that
erroneous course and to become partakers of the flow of true spiritual
light and guidance provided by the Lord of this Age through the pen
and words of His chosen minister has arrived.
