The living Guardian continually urges Bahá'ís, as instructed to do by the Master

The third Guardian has been faithfully obeying 'Abdu'l-Baha's
Instruction to continually urge Bahá'ís "to diffuse the sweet savors
of God, and
to guide all the peoples of the world.." ever since I became Orthodox
Bahá'í almost ten years ago, and I am well aware that he was
continually
obeying that command of the Master for decades before I commenced
associating with Orthodox Bahá'ís, otherwise I could never have
stumbled upon the
flow of Divine guidance made available through the third Guardian's
pen.

He regularly and routinely stimulates the thinking abilities of
Bahá'ís by the messages which he sends out. He constantly urges us to
share the
Truth which we are learning from him and from the earlier Guardians.

What astonishes me, is observing that women and men who are aware of
'Abdu'l-Baha's immutable Instruction (Will and Testament, paragraph
22) to Guardians to "continually urge" Bahá'ís believe that the
fulfillment of that Instruction can be effected by the writings which
Shoghi Effendi, the
first Guardian, left behind on Earth when he passed into the next
world.

How can paper manuscripts "continually urge" Hands of the Cause, or
other Bahá'ís? And if Bahá'í women and men must search Shoghi
Effendi's
writings themselves in order to become 'urged' by those writings,
then the
onus is not upon the first Guardian's writings to "continually urge",
but
rather the burden is upon all Bahá'í s to urge themselves by means of
those writings.

And sans-Guardian Bahá'ís are not doing that. Most of them are not
even familiar with the content of Shoghi Effendi's Spiritual
Testament, The
Dispensation of Bahá'u'lláh. They are unaware that he officially
stated in W.O.B., on
page four that the Most Holy Book and the Master's Will and Testament
are:
"inseparable parts of one complete unit", which means that the Will
and Testament
is equally as immutable as the Most Holy Book is.

Clearly, 'Abdu'l-Baha's sacred Instruction to Guardians of the Cause
of God that they "must" "continually urge" Hands of the Cause of God
(Will and
Testament, paragraph 22) is an Instruction directed to living
Guardians to instruct living
Hands of the Cause of God, not for paper (manuscripts) or dead
Guardians to instruct dead
Hands of the Cause of God.
