The point is did the murders take place or not?

If the murders did take place then Baha'u'llah obvious did nothing
effectual to prevent those murders from taking place.

The fact that Baha'u'llah's abmonitions were ignored does not make Him
responsible for these murders. Baha'u'llah wrote the Shah of Iran and
the Ottoman Sultan warning them of their tyranny. They didn't listen
either. I suppose you could say that Baha'u'llah did notthing
effectual to prevent that tyranny. Does it make Him responsible for
it?

When a person has followers they are obliged to contain the actions of
those followers or they are culpable for the actions of those
followers. In todays law if a teacher or a guru's disciples committed
murders of adherents of another guru with their guru having been
informed of those plans for murder that guru would be held accountable

Only if it can be shown that the guru in question entered into a
conspiracy with them. If, on the contrary, he ordered them not to do
this he cannot be so charged.
