Absolutely insignificant and irrelevent. The Indians are well known for the
mind boggling corruption in pretty much all sectors of government. A
bakhsheesh here and there goes a long way in India, as anyone who's worked
there (and specifically with the government) will tell you. Besides Mrs
Sorabji - whose husband used to be an attorney general of a past
government - is well placed in the bahaim establishment in India.

Bahaism and its actual presence in India is absolutely negligible,
especially as the last census showed (5000 bahaim only and no more).
Evidently the bahaim have pulled strings - possibly even paying large bribes
and kickbacks - to get themselves on this program. Why are bahaim getting
invited to this thing and representatives of Sai Baba, the Sanyasins and
various other Gurus and their Ashrams aren't? There are ten-twenty times
more of them then there are bahaim in India. I rest my case. This has
bribe-money written all over it.

In any case, such events will undoubtedly be their last.
