It's not much different from the arguments in the early Christian Church
over leadership, is it Bob? In fact you would be hard put to name a
religion that didn't have this problem. So, is your argument that no
religion with a controversy over leadership can be a legitimate religion?
Shall we scratch Christianity off the list now?

I have observed this debate for a number of years now. This
controversy about guardianship is the fly in the ointment of Baha'i
claims to be a divinely ordained religion. The fiasco of a lack of
succession indicates an appalling absence, not only of divine guidance,
but of common sense, in the Bahai institutions.
