As a vegetable gardener, I sometimes keep seeds from an earlier
harvest too long, and some corn and bean seeds, for example, lose their
germinating power if kept too long. Often you can't tell by looking at
the seeds which ones will germinate, and thus you don't know until you
see the empty spaces in the rows where sprouts have failed to emerge,
and also you see those which did emerge.

Guardians of the Baha'i Faith do not receive their power from their
predecessor Guardians, the ones who appoint them. They receive their
power as Guardians from their Lord, the Lord of this Age.

It is plain to see that Donald Harvey never germinated as a Guardian.
Pepe only germinated as a manipulator.

Only Joel Bray Marangella's magnificent writings and his ministry over
a period of forty years have demonstrated that his Guardianship
germinated, and flourished like a beautiful flower producing seeds.
