Thanks for sharing with us, and it may be best to check with Karen
first, if she's moderating lists you are on just to make sure that
really she has deliberately unsubscribed you and it's not a case of
something unintended. Especially at this time of year, I'd hesitate to
ascribe such a happening to a deliberate act, before confirming that
really is the case.

Gosh, Larry, I think there's a lot of sad/irritated/hurt/enraged people
around. I very much empathize with the feeling of anyone seemingly cast
out by those who ought to be closest in this trying time. And, I think
the ideal response is what we've been moving towards in some posts of
this newsgroup (I especially favour this uncensored TRB precisely
because it is uncontrolled and offers the best opportunity for Baha'is
to show the world the real spiritual energy, capacity, potential of
Baha'i), a courteous exchange of views, information and understanding.

This is a complex topic, in my opinion. I am the readiest to apologize
for what I consider I've done wrong. I try to keep very open ears to
see what others are saying. And, my understanding of the globally
beneficial definition of fundamentalism is that this is extracting from
an ocean of sacred text excuses to erase higher spiritual behaviour.
I'm not sure that Karen and Alison have done what thusly identifies
them. I think your attitude of not expecting an apology is a correct
one.

In the current Baha'i atmosphere of mistrust, it is my opinion that the
various segmented e-lists understandably will generate such happenings,
and, you know, it still is possible your unsubscription, if such it
was, was not deliberate.

I very much hope you will continue to post openly here what is
conducive to Baha'i harmony. Personally, I'm very busy, and the time I
type this is taking away from a keen project, I'd like finished by the
end of the year. And, gladly I greet you and welcome you here, and hope
that all is going well with you and yours.

I understand the sense of hurt underlining these words. You have my
sincerest wishes that this can be transmuted by things deservedly going
well, happily and harmoniously, into radiant joy.
