Absolutely serious. My sense from your posts is that you place a lot of
value on the community being driven by all its members (which I would
totally agree with)and not only clergy or psedu-clergy, and that its
something you've given a lot of thought to. Obviously that's tricky
and I'm wondering where you've seen this work the best (Baha'i or
non-Baha'i).
