Hello;
Do you want to prevent campus violence?
You have an obligation to protect your students and staff.
You should DISMISS any student or staff member (including mental
health staff)who fails to document and report any threat of physical
violence on another person or persons. (with weapons or not)
By "documenting" I mean: you should REQUIRE any student or staff to
secretly video-tape anyone in the act of threatening physical violence
on others and turn such a tape over to the school authorities and the
local police! Such a tape would go a long way toward keeping weapons
out of the hands of a person threatening violence and getting the
person needed help.
It's time to start holding accountable, those who have information
concerning pending violence- but keep their mouths shut! The
information IS out there!
If you need help in purchasing small, concealable video camcorders
and/or instructions on their use in making such tapes, I can help.
Sincerely, Michael Korman
.
