China and USSR ended their monarchies to end the restrictions
of liberty. Now democracies are committing the same slavery
forced labour and oppression that monachies did. So democracies
will end for the same reason that monarchies ended. Freedom of
nature and evolution cannot be contained. Unjust states no matter
what they are will be ended.
Law and order is only agreeable when they do not
enforce forced labour, slavery and oppression.
Unfortunately the truth is that in the history of humanity
no regime that had practiced forced labour, slavery or
oppression had survived the test of time, nature, evolution
or even god. Many of the current regimes are practicing
oppression, slavery and forced labour. Therefore running
such regimes is not only a great disservice to the respective
societies but also to the larger humanity. Because such
regimes and societies are destined to fail.
Even modern societies will fail. Liberty is the inalienable right
of natural entities. Nothing that oppresses survives indefinitely.
It is Saint Thomas Aquinas' view that when the laws of men violate the laws
of nature then those man made laws will cease to have any effect
in the conscience of men's minds.

Women do rape, and the fact that non is in prison
is evident that the system is not fair. If the governments
believe that women don't rape then there should be
no problem in enacting all rapes as crime. If women
don't rape then non will be incarcerated. So why are
governments refusing to enact such laws.
In fact, "rape" is to be found in few US laws, and most of
them, in theory apply to men and women. In practice, well,
that's different.
But rape is not special in this regard, the States are
equally wary if trying women for murder, and rarely do.
Burn your sleeping husband to death, no problem, she was
just defending herself and self-defense is legal (except
when men defend themselves from women anyway).
What are they
not admitting and what are they avoiding. What they
avoid will come back to bite them.
I guess that depends on what their goals are.
They can win elections
but they cannot win nature and evolution. Once the critical
point in crossed then all hell will break loose.
Hey, police states have lasted a long long time, look at the
ex-USSR and China and Cuba for examples.
It is unfortunate
that governments could not foresee the dangers that they
are driving the populations towards.
What makes you think they don't?
Cheers,
Rich

These artificial laws are taking form in violation of nature.ROTFL. Name all the women in prison for rape. Hell, Name *one* women
So when the government is removed the people who are
angry will take revenge. At the moment revenge is prevented
or reduced only by means of state violence.
So by increasing the number of unjust laws that affect people's
lives directly the government will be going down the way
of the russian tzars. Politicians that fail to adminster justice
and instead administer injustice are advocating themselves to
be tortured before being killed. They do it thinking that they
could get away with it. The problem is that there is always
a critical limit to all injustice and after which natural justice
will prevail. That is how a society ends or at least a government
ends. Evil begets evil.
In the USA rape is rape no matter who commits it.

in the USA the family laws sucks as much as anywhere else.
These laws are there to advertise that women are inferior.
and no matter how much they hurt the children.
So why do these politicians keep arguing about equal rights? There is no argument, there is no discussion, treating people
equally in the US will get you sued by the EEOC.
These idiots do not know that if cows are given equal rightsAs I said, Roman law enforced all of these things, there were

Do not the british society any sense of justice? It is said that rape is the only crime so heinous that
innocence is no defense.
If they agree that the women is not mentally stableYou should google.groups the old discussions on this.
when drunk then what makes them think that the men
are stable when drunk?
And FYI, under the new British sexual offenses law,
women cannot commit rape. The intent of the bill was
to increase rape convictions, apparently it did not
work so this is the next step. If this does not work
there will be another step, probably till the accused
is allowed no meaningful defense.

So who will be convicted if both are drunk?I'll give you three guesses.

The laws expects to man to be intelligent when drunk
and the same intelligence not expected of the women?

As predicted, the UK is stepping up efforts to increase rape convictions.
I bet that no woman will be tried if the man is "deemed incapable of giving
consent" for, what do they call it in the UK, oh year, 'having sex without
consent', or something like that.

Rich

Sex with a woman who is drunk may soon be rape
By KIRSTY WALKER
Under the proposed laws if a girl is too drunk she will be deemed incapable of
giving consent
Men who have sex with drunken women risk being convicted of rape - even if they
appear to have given consent.
Ministers will unveil the controversial proposals this week in a bid to boost
conviction rates for sex offences and bring more 'date rapists' to justice.
A new white paper is expected to propose that judges should give firmer guidance
to juries in cases where the woman has been drinking.
If a woman is deemed to have consumed so much alcohol that she is incapable of
agreeing to make love, the man would be far more likely to be convicted of rape.
The new law would potentially open the way for the prosecution of thousands of
men for having sex with drunk women - regardless of whether agreement had been
given at the time.
Successful prosecutions for rape often founder before they get to court because
of the difficulty in proving to juries that a victim had not given consent.
